14-day window
Try any Plot It style or bundle for 14 days from the date of purchase. If it isn't right for you, we'll refund it — no questions asked about why, just your order details.
How to request one
Email plotit@plotitapp.com with your order number and/or the email address used at checkout, within 14 days of purchase. Lost your order number? The order lookup tool on our Support page can find it for you.
What happens next
Refunds are processed by Lemon Squeezy, our payment provider. The moment a refund is processed, Lemon Squeezy automatically disables the associated license key — the extension re-checks license validity periodically (for example, on startup), so refunded access is removed automatically without you needing to do anything else.
Full bundles vs. single styles
A refund on a full-bundle purchase covers and deactivates all three styles in that bundle, since they share one license key. A refund on a single-style purchase only affects that one style.
