This describes Plot It's confirmed product design and data practices as drafted on 2026-08-18, but it hasn't been reviewed by a lawyer and isn't in effect yet (no effective date has been set). Sections still needing a decision or sign-off are marked inline.
Acceptance of terms
By installing the Plot It Chrome extension or buying a bundle through this website, you agree to these terms.
What Plot It is
Plot It is a Chrome extension that restyles the visual appearance of Google Calendar (colors, fonts, and background illustrations) via CSS. It does not modify, read, or replace any of your calendar data. Styles are sold as one-time digital purchases — either a single style ($4.99) or a full 3-style bundle ($11.99) — not a subscription.
License grant
When you buy a style or bundle, you get a personal, non-transferable license to use that content within the Plot It extension. Each license key can be activated on up to 2 devices, a limit enforced by Lemon Squeezy. You may not resell, redistribute, or extract the purchased CSS, font, or illustration files for use outside the extension.
No accounts
Plot It doesn't use customer accounts or passwords. Your purchase is tied to a license code emailed to you by Lemon Squeezy — keep that email, or use the order lookup tool if you lose it.
Payments & pricing
All payments are processed by Lemon Squeezy, acting as Merchant of Record. Prices are shown at checkout in your local currency where applicable. Lemon Squeezy calculates and collects any sales tax or VAT owed.
Refunds
Refunds are available within 14 days of purchase — see the full Refund Policy for how to request one.
Acceptable use
Standard boilerplate — confirm before launch
You agree not to reverse-engineer, redistribute, or resell purchased content, attempt to bypass license activation limits, or use the extension in a way that disrupts Google Calendar for other users.
Disclaimers
Plot It is provided "as is." Google may change Google Calendar's layout at any time in ways that temporarily break a theme's styling — we maintain the extension on an ongoing basis to catch and fix this, but can't guarantee uninterrupted visual accuracy.
Limitation of liability
Standard boilerplate — needs legal review
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Plot It is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from use of the extension or website. Our total liability for any claim is limited to the amount you paid for the style or bundle in question.
Governing law
Pending — jurisdiction not yet set
Not yet decided — depends on where the business is formally registered. Do not assume a jurisdiction until this is filled in.
Changes to these terms
